We hope you took advantage of our FREE exchange program before deciding your Luma Mattress or Slumber System just isn't right for you. If we haven’t managed to make your bed feel amazingly perfect, we’ll be sad, but we do understand.
To initate a mattress return, please complete the form below and a Customer Advocate will get in touch with you in a few business days to start the return process. While we’re pretty easy-going and want you to be happy, please keep in mind that your return request must be received within 100 days of the delivery of your mattress or slumber system and within 30 days of pillow, topper or foundation purchases.
Mattress Return Process
Once you initiate the return process, a Luma Sleep Exchange/Return Dept. representative will work with one of our business partners in close proximity to you to arrange for the LUMA Slumber System or mattress to be picked up and either returned or donated to one of our designated charities. After it is confirmed that the LUMA system has been removed, you will be credited for the full amount (100%) of your purchase, less any special shipping fees that you added to the purchase. The credit may take 3-5 business days to process after confirmation of pick-up. A Customer Advocate will maintain contact with you and let you know when the credit is processed. Credit can only be returned to the original form of payment.
We take great care to deliver a high-quality product and expect that you will treat your Luma product as you would any other valuable item in your home. To qualify for a full refund and return, the Luma Sleep product you purchased must be free of wear and tear, such as ripped, torn or damaged fabric, stains, disassembly (with the exception of foundations), or exposure to the elements.
Prior to scheduling your return and refund, Luma Sleep may require you to provide a photo of the product to verify its current condition. In the event that it is determined that the product being returned has been, damaged, miss handled or subject to unusual abuse, Luma Sleep or its designated agents, may refuse to process the return shipment or refund.
Our goal is your comfort, but we do require that you treat our products respectfully during your trial period in order to provide you a full refund. Even if the product you purchased wasn’t right for you, it may serve someone in need well as Luma Sleep donates returns to local charities and shelters.
