The combination of component integrity and the product design enable Luma to offer a fifteen (15) year warranty on our Slumber Systems and a (10) year warranty on our Luma Mattresses. Luma unconditionally guarantees that these products will be free of defects in workmanship and materials and that they will maintain functional integrity for the specified warranty period.

Under Luma’s Comfort Exchange and 100-night In-home trial programs, your Luma mattress system can be exchanged or returned at any time during the first 100 days after delivery. If a Luma Mattress or Slumber System is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect during the remaining life of the warranty, the defective mattress or pillowtop will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you, at the sole discretion of Luma Sleep. A written copy of Luma Sleep's detailed mattress warranty program is provided to you with your order or via e-mail. You can get an electronic copy of the Luma Sleeps mattress warranty by contacting support@lumasleep.com.
The warranty for Wood Foundations is 5 years.
The warranty for Latex Toppers is 3 years.
The warranty for all Pillows is 1 year.
Unless otherwise specified on the specific product page, warranty for all other products is 1 year.
